It was Chemistry class during their Freshman year in college that brought Sabrina and Krishen together, but it was their chemistry that kept them together. Their combined love for medicine translated into joint study sessions, and ultimately, a walk down the aisle. A love story that began at the University of South Florida, peaked in St. Petersburg with a marriage proposal, finally culminated into a wedding at the Hyatt Regency in Bonita Springs, Florida.
The couple opted for one of our latest tented mandap designs, which is draped with gold part-net, part-lace fabric. Despite the intricate draping, what really brings the mandap to life are the floral hedges covering the two front columns and the entire front width of the mandap. We knew mixing in a variety of flowers would give the mandap the depth needed so the hedges consisted Italian ruscus, ivy, salal tips, white hydrangeas, white stock, light pink majolika spray roses, pink lisianthus, sahara roses, hot princess roses, dark red cherry love roses and hanging red amaranthus. The raised aisle was kept rather demure, with red rose petals and floating candles, leading up to two pedestals featuring sombrero vase filled with luscious pastel flowers.
