If there’s one theme you’ll notice across Namrata and Prahanth’s Garba, Wedding ceremony and Reception decor, it’s simplicity. While the tiered centerpiece was the focal point for their Garba, as was the mandap for the ceremony, it was the round, double tiered, crystal chandelier that stole the show at their reception. Guests may not have realized, but this piece was not part of the ballroom, and was specially brought in by us for the newlyweds. In fact, we even modified the shape of the dance floor to match its shape. Given the chandelier’s size and opulence, we filled the room with complementary — rather than competing — elements to keep it front and center. Even the curtains, used to create a separation between the reception and dessert lounge area, were hung tall to match the chandelier’s height. Although we didn’t any pops of the color to the room, we added just the right amount of sparkle by covering the long estate tables in silver sequin linens.
